Refund

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

A refund may be issued in the following situations:

• The vehicle or item received is materially different from what was agreed and documented at the time of sale.
• An order or service is cancelled within the timeframe set out in our Cancellation Policy.
• A return is accepted under our Return Policy.
• A duplicate or erroneous charge has been identified and verified.

Shipping and handling fees, government transfer / registration fees already paid to UAE authorities, and any third-party inspection fees commissioned at the customer's request are non-refundable.

Refund requests should be sent in writing to info@novacrest-trdg.com quoting the transaction reference and reason for the request. We will respond within one UAE working day to confirm next steps.
