Cancellation
policy.

Customers can cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed, depending on the issuing bank.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, cancellation may still be requested but will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the vehicle has already been dispatched, transferred at the RTA, or third-party costs (such as inspection, transport, or registration fees) have already been incurred, those amounts may be deducted from any refund.
