Vehicles purchased through Nova Crest General Trading L.L.C. are delivered by our own drivers on a covered or open transporter, depending on the vehicle and distance. We coordinate the delivery slot directly with you.

Standard UAE vehicle delivery is completed within 1 – 3 working days of cleared payment and completed paperwork. Delivery within the same Emirate is offered free of charge; inter-Emirate delivery within the UAE is a flat rate of AED 250.

Smaller items such as transfer documents, keys, manuals or accessories are shipped via a registered third-party courier. UAE delivery fees for such items are a flat rate of AED 10, completed within 1 – 3 working days. International shipping takes 4 – 15 working days and the delivery fee is shown at the checkout page depending on the country and location.

Please avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

On delivery, the customer is required to sign a proof-of-delivery receipt confirming that the vehicle (or item) has been received in the agreed condition. Nova Crest retains a copy of this signed and confirmed receipt for our records.

International delivery is available on request. We work with established export partners and the customer will be informed of the exact delivery fee, expected transit time, and required documentation at the time of checkout or quote. International transit times typically range from 4 to 15 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Multiple bookings / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
